Rúben Machado Assis – Head of Buyers Gov&Health PT, Lead of the Government and Health business unit of VORTAL in Portugal. Master’s degree in Law and Financial Markets by the School of Law and IMS -Information Management School – NOVA University of Lisbon and Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences by Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas of the University of Lisbon. Has tremendous experience in the national market related to Government and Health, namely in project management of digitalization processes and implementation of e-procurement platforms in hundreds of public entities throughout all levels of the Portuguese Administration. He has participated in numerous seminars and conferences on Public E-procurement. Member of the EVA Academy – Europen VORTAL Academy.
